Return/Exchange Policy

  • We gladly offer store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, stains, perfume or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. This includes deodorant stains

  • Products must be shipped back to us no longer than 14 days after receiving your items. We do not refund original shipping fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.Use our return portal to purchase a label. Thank you for shopping with us!

  • Orders placed during sales are final sale, no refund or exchanges are allowed
  • Sale items, swim, bodysuits, shoes & undergarments are final sale no refund or exchanges allowed  
  •  Local pickups that are not picked up within 30 days or canceled are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (M-F)
  • Skip the line is available for same day processing
  • Overnight & Skip The Line Orders must be placed by 2PM for same day processing

  • A package that is “returned to sender” will be refunded minus shipping
