• All purchases require a signature for delivery 
• Custom fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer 
• Unless otherwise stated all shipping fees to and from The Active Avenue are the responsibility of the customer 
• The active Avenue is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by courier services
• We process orders between 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated
• You have 14 days to return an item
• We don’t accept returns on worn items 
• Tags must be attached for returns 
• sale and deal of the week items are final sale
• No returns on damaged items, intimates, hats and bathing suits
