- The active Avenue is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by courier services
- We process orders between 5-9 business days unless otherwise stated
- Mystery boxes are processed between 12-14 business days
- You have 14 days to return items that are not final sale
- We don’t accept returns on worn items
- Tags must be attached for returns

- No returns on damaged items, intimates, hats and bathing suits

We want to clarify that none of those pictures are approved for their use and we are taking action against these copyright infringements.
